Choosing a university and course is a big decision. Info Day allows you to get answers to all your questions below finalising your main round preferences.
Do I need to register to attend Info Day?
A: You don't need to register to attend, but, we encourage you to download our app and plan your day by creating a schedule prior to the event. We can inform you by notification if there are changes on the day.
How do I get to the University?
A: Free shuttle buses will run between Railway Square at Central and the Camperdown Campus on Info Day. Alternatively, you can catch a train and walk to the Darlington Campus, which is a short (10-minute) walk from Redfern train station. Find out more on our how to get here page.
How can I plan my day?
A: Most of our mini lectures run back-to-back, which means you might not have a lot of time to move to the next lecture. Make sure you plan your day in advance using our website or app, and use the interactive map on the day to find your way around our campus.
Do I need to register for mini lectures?
A: Registration is not required. Please note that we cannot guarantee seats at talks that may be popular on the day.
Can I get free wi-fi access on Info Day?
A: Free wi-fi is available on the day. Please check our app or printed map for more information.
Is the University accessible if I have special needs?
• There is a wheelchair ramp access at the front of Great Hall and lift access to the MacLaurin Hall.
• A ramp will be installed to allow access to the fete stalls in the Quadrangle.
• Allocated disabled parking bays are available in all carparks on campus. Please speak to our student ambassador and security guards for further assistance.
I am interested in postgraduate study. Can I attend Info Day?
A: We welcome both prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students and wider community to our Info Day. Please visit our course advice centres in the Quadrangle to learn about postgraduate study options.
Where can I get an Info Day event program booklet?
A: You can collect your Info Day program and showbag from the information stalls.
Where can I get a brochure about the University's courses?
A copy of the 2019 Undergraduate Guide will be in the showbag or collect a copy from staff at any of the information stalls.

What if I have more questions after a mini lecture?
A: If there isn't enough time to ask questions because there's another lecture on in the same room, you can always speak to our staff at our the course advice centre in the Great Hall and MacLaurin Hall.
I am having trouble connecting to the Info Day free wi-fi.
A: Select forget to remove any existing University of Sydney wi-fi connection from your device, and reconnect to the Info Day wi-fi network after a few minutes. .
Where can I find an ATM?

Where can I get something to eat?
A: Food outlets are located on the Front Lawn, at the Fisher Library Coffee Cart, Carslaw Coffee Cart, Footbridge Catering Outlet, Ralph's Café and the Engineering Precinct Catering Outlet.
Who should I speak to if I need help?
A: Please speak to our student ambassador or security guard on campus if you need any assistance.
